Messages cannot reach this site: it runs without a mailbox, a web form or a phone number. Every figure is taken from the certifying bodies' publications, and the people who can answer a question about your own exam are listed below.

If something looks wrong

There is no way to send a report to this site. Each table row cites the handbook, outline or fee page behind it and when the two were last compared. If a renewal fee or a testing window looks wrong, open that document and go by it: the certifying body is the authority, not this page.

Your own application

Only the certifying body can rule on eligibility, accommodations, scores or a lapsed credential:

ANCC for NE-BC, NEA-BC, NPD-BC and NI-BC: its certification pages; the customer care number printed there is 1.800.284.2378, weekdays.
AONL Credentialing Center for CNML and CENP: its program page.
NLN for CNE, CNEcl and CNEn: its educator certification page.

Seat changes, ID rules and the testing room belong to the vendor named on your approval notice: Prometric, PSI or Meazure Learning.
